• We are marketing consultants with an extensive amount of experience across a large variety of products and services. The word consultant can be associated with hefty hourly charges for work that is difficult to measure. ………This is not how you will be treated.
• If you decide to talk to us about your business wins, woes, fears and ambitions – our initial meeting either by telephone or face to face will be free. If a face to face is required then, dependent upon your locale, travel expenses may be charged at cost only, there will be no hourly charge.
• Once we have an understanding of what your business is about and where you want it to go, we will feedback whether or not we think we can help you achieve your goals.
• Where there is a belief we can work together you will be presented with a report on where the opportunities are and how we would go about mining them. This may include changes you are recommended to make to your business to try and enhance conversion as well as marketing activities. If you are happy and wish to keep the report we just make a small charge for this, which will have been agreed with you at the outset. If you want to work with us for an agreed fixed term of 1 to 12 months then there is no fee for the report, as you will pay a small retainer per month and / or an agreed cost for work allocated.
• Then, only when and if the marketing campaigns / any advised model changes make your business more successful, our pre-agreed fees will become due.
